What if all my windows have screens? Will it still work?

Didn't have an issue. I had no difficulty as I either removed the window (most screens are on the opening side of a window) or there was enough gap between the window and the screen for the thinner side of the magnet to fit. I do have sash windows though. With the sliding doors I just moved the screen door accordingly. I think if you have flush fitting modern windows it might not be possible or if it is it will push the screen fabric outwards. It is great on my deck glass panels which are 3m+ above ground. Cleaned right up to edges and no streaks when I used the finishing cloth. Only problem was getting used to the amount of liquid needed to make it run smoothly but magnet didn't fall off just wouldn't move.

How do you get the soapy solution on the outside of the window?

Dear,
At first, I highly recommend seeing the explanatory video on Youtube.
You just have to spray your window whit cleaning liquid at the outer Side of the window (where you can still reach).ou, where you sprayed, to The rest of the window)  and it actually washes the window.
And then sweep it over the window  (from window part that close to you, where you sprayed, to the rest of the window)  and it actually Washes the window.
The product comes in three sizes:  
Glider s1:  is suitable for windows that their glass thickness is between 0.08-0.3''/ 2-8 mm
Glider d2:  is suitable for windows that their glass thickness is between 0.3-0.8''/8-20 mm thick
Glider d3:  is suitable for windows that the glass thickness is between 0.8-1.1'' /20-28 mm thick

Stain inside window how do you clean if tgge stain (or dirt) is inside the double glass?

The device cleans interior and exterior at the same time. Make sure you spray the interior glass with the cleaner too. Check the vendor instructions video on youtube.
