I absolutely love these rings. I thought they would be meh but decided to give them a try. It’s like a tights massage on your fingers. It hurts a little but imo in a pleasant way. I often find myself squeezing them in my palms as well.

My husband used to bite his fingers obsessively. I bought him these as a fidget toy to distract from chewing on his fingers and he says they help a lot. I recommend them to anyone looking for a distraction from and obsessive habit.

I like these rings for anxiety and they help keep me in the present moment. Also they help bring me back to my body if my nervous system is distressed or if I’m disassociating but they break easily so I just ordered another pack luckily there cheap

I started pulling my hair (trichotillomania) at 13 years old and in the 25 years since, it's come and gone to different degrees. Even with anxiety medicine, it can sometimes be virtually impossible to control. I've been in a very bad cycle for months and I was looking for something that would satisfy the urge to pull and these have helped tremendously. The urge to pull is still there and still wins out more than if like, but besides keeping my hands occupied, they serve as a great reminder when I slip into mindless pulling. I have found nothing better that works for me.

My sister ordered these, in the jewel tones(same choice I made), and got the colors circled. I ordered them and so did my mom and we both got the other colors. Would love to know how to order the circled colors. I really wanted those. They are not an option in the store.Great fidget rings though. Like the size and quality better than other ones I’ve bought on Amazon.

I purchased the "jewel-tone" rings and loved the colors! The colors are vibrant but give a more "mature" feel. I like these rings for a few reasons: the size, durability, and spiky texture. They are small enough to store anywhere and others may not notice you fidgeting with them which is a plus for using them in the workplace! I also like the stainless steel material they are made from. They can stretch to three times their size and recoil back to their original size without losing their elasticity or durability. Lastly, I like the spiky texture of the rings. The rings are spiky enough to provide tactile stimulation but not so spiky that they hurt or leave impressions when rolling them up and down your fingers. For those seeking more pain-like stimulation though, you can wear the rings around your fingers and squeeze your fingers together to dig the spikes into your skin. So far that is the only way I have found that they can aid in pain-seeking stimulation. The rings are silent though they are very springy. I've had a couple rings accidentally fly across the room due to their springiness but I'm hoping that will less the more I use them. I recommend these rings to anyone needing a discreet fidget.

My Occupational Therapist gave me one of these to use on my finger that I had fractured. It's amazing to roll up and down my finger and over the joint to massage it. After a few minutes I really get more mobility in my finger. Not sure that's what it's meant for but it sure works like a charm!

I'm truly obsessed with these. I like trying new fidget items so I got these for myself for Christmas. I have already ordered two more packs. They are small and easy to lose around the house LOL but I know I will find them eventually - and if not me, then the cats. They're my new favorite thing to have with me whether at home, in the office, or out and about. Love that they are silent and love that I can leave it on my pinky if I need to type something quick or text or whatever. I am honestly still excited about these every day.
