Does what it's supposed to do. I did have the same issue as others here with my Logitech wireless mouse being almost unusable with the dongle plugged directly into the unit. But once I dug up an old extension cable to more the wireless receiver away from it, it worked just fine.

Plug in and go. USB Busses. Monitors work (and come off sleep with no issues). Thunderbolt thunderbolts. Network, uh, networks. All these functions may seem routine (and reasonable to expect) but not all docking stations do all this reliably. Running ours off MacBook Pros of different vintages. Only caveat is to be mindful of the monitor adapters you may need.

Used it with two monitors plus the laptop screen.A total of three screens basically and haven't had a single issue, nor delay for a screen to get detected/turned on, after sleep mode etc.The charging of the laptop happens using it and that works perfectly as well, every time.This is the best hub I've had so far.

I've used Caldigit Thunderbolt docks for over a decade. They've all worked well and this one is no exception.There are cheaper USB options, but I have Thunderbolt SSDs . I get all the performance I paid for with this Thunderbolt dock.

I have spent many, many hours trying to fix my mouse freeze issues using my MacBook Pro, a wired Razer mouse, an LG Ultrawide monitor, an AxeFX 2 audio interface and the Caldigit TS3. Recently I saw there was a firmware update and I installed it still but it didn’t fix the problem. The problem is so frustrating that I do all my software programming now without the big screen and have been for a long time now. I have given up hope on this product, quite honestly. I really, really wanted it to work and don’t know what else I can do to get it working.

If you are a Mac user, video editor, photo editor, or do anything where you require multiple plug ins, this is literally the best product in the market. The price may seem pretty high but its definitely worth it!
