I live in an extreme hard water area and having a glass kettle opened my eyes to just how much it gets scaled up with use, Using this product has helped clean it out so much, May need to use more than one sachet if lots of build up, a quick rinse out after and the kettle is good to use again. i was actually impressed with how well this works.
