This is my second pair (the first was bought at the Wal-Mart where they had the machine). What a great product, especially since you don't have to pay a doctor to get them if you can find one of the machines that tells you which one to use. Pricey inserts make me nervous and I resisted considering them for a long time. Then my friend told me she knew people who swore by these, and I risked the $50. For me, they turned out to be well worth the expense. Some of the nerve-related issues I was experiencing went away as soon as I started using them. Other issues (I've got a lot of feet issues right now) improved noticeably. I think I've got plantar fasciitis, and the inserts make it easier to deal with. They don't last forever, though, and I started noticing issues recently about six months after the original purchase, which is why I bought this pair. Wore them today for the first time, and it was like walking on clouds again. I threw the old pair in the washer with the rest of my laundry (no special treatment) and air-dried them, and stuck them in my house-slippers. Seems like a good way to get a little more life out of them! They washed well and now I have a bit more support when I'm wandering around the house. I recommend budgeting to replace them about every six months or so. I haven't tried other inserts but I probably won't since these work for me.

These are a life saver! I work as a front desk agent at a Hotel and I have to stand 8 or more hours straight 5 days a week. Before buying these I would come home after work and my feet would be killing me, my heels felt like they were burning each day after work. I always struggled finding the right professional looking shoes, shoes that would be comfortable enough to stand/walk in all day. I bought so many pairs of shoes over the years that supposedly were meant to stand and walk all day at work but I still had the same problem at the end of the day so I finally decided to research about shoe orthopedic insoles and after reading the reviews about these I decided to give them a chance. Second time I have bought this product (Dr. Scholl’s CF 410) for my wife. She is on her feet at work all day and was having severe foot pain by the end of the day every day. We saw the machine at Walmart and decided to try it and see if it worked. The machine suggested this one for her. She tried it and it was amazing. After using it one day her foot pain was gone! You just put the insert in the shoe without removing the one already in the shoe. Highly recommend this product. It is amazing how well it works. If you have foot pain, find one of the machines and see which one is recommended for you. It is not cheap, but it will change your life. She has used insert daily and it has lasted around a year. We bought a second set for her new work shoes. She wears athletic shoes at work.

These are my FAVORITE! I’m flat footed and have ankle and lower back issues. I took the test at a Walmart to find my correct number for the inserts and haven’t looked back. I replace these in my running/walking shoes every 3-6 months.

I went to three different podiatrists that did absolutely nothing for my severe ankle pain except encourage me to buy shoes in their shop and none were available for my specific feet problems (very high arch and wide foot, and being very negatively affected by birkenstocks slight back heel dip to the footbed). A chance encounter of a test machine at Costco (only briefly there) told me what sole number to get to adjust for my foot problem and voila! The disabling pain disappeared so quickly and was I grateful!

I have been buying these for many years. They last for comfort and truly love them. Prices have really jumped on them, starting g to look for better pricing. But for most part they are great comfort to people who stand a lot at work.
