I've been looking for a set of resistance bands for a while and purchased these as they had five different resistance levels and were a good price. It arrived quickly and the bands came in a little black storage bag and some instructions on how to use them for different exercises. They definitely do the job - I've been using the lighter ones for yoya/pilates/stretching and the heavier ones for strength exercises. I haven't used the black one yet, which is the heaviest, as I'm far too much of a weakling but it will be a good indicator of how my strength is improving. Reviews of other brands mention the bands snapping after a few uses, but I haven't had that problem with these. They feel like they have a lot of life in them. I use them to accompany my workout videos, but I think there would also be good to take to the gym with you to if you wanted.

Great little product, supplying you with different resistance bands, starting at light right up to extra strong. They work very well for stretching, or activating different muscle groups when exercising. The bands come in a handy little pouch, and also come with an instruction manual which tells you how to use them to target different areas of the body.Would definitely recommend, especially for the price!

These resistance bands are well made and robust. There are different strengths of the bands which allows for stronger and weaker abilities and helps to build up strength. Very reasonable price and a great all round product.
