Alba BotanicaHawaiian, Plumeria Shampoo, 12 Ounce (Pack of 2)

I am allergic to many hair products except for THIS one! It is a great product as my hair is shiny, soft, smells great, and I never itch from using it. I get compliments from many people that my hair looks so healthy! Even my long time hair stylist complements my hair and said I found a gem. Great price for a great product!

I love the smell of this so much! I wish they made this scent as a spray leave in conditioner as well. The only complaint I have is it feels like there is a greasy film on my hair as the day goes on, it looks fine but it feels oily, especially the bangs. I have long, fine, thin highlighted hair.

Best product line hands down. If you want to save money on alba products ie this plumberia colourific shampoo buy it on amazon prime. I just saw this shampoo at my local target for 12.99! Smells great, leaves your hair feeling clean and soft. Conditioner is rarely needed when using this product! Men and women will love Alba products, I sure do! You get 2 in this order which averages out to be 7.50 each!! Not 12.99 for one plus local taxes. Just sayin save money where you can do you can spend it on things you really want!

I used to love this shampoo! I bought it for the fragrance and the natural ingredients list. I ordered this as a replacement for my current one which was low. The ingredients advertised in this listing are the same as on my old bottle (see screenshot). However when the new bottles arrived, they have the ingredients listed in the picture attached here. You can see they have polysorbate 20 pretty high in the list now, and previously it wasn't there at all. Polysorbate is on my list of ingredients I'm trying to avoid, so this was the first bad news. But the second is that the smell is totally different and about four times stronger, and I hate it. As soon as I got it on my head I wanted it off of there and far away from me. I'm so sad, this used to be the best. It's a totally different shampoo. Both bottles had the same label "new look" so you can't tell from looking that it changed.

Alba is okay - it does work, don't get me wrong. I felt there were still some ingredients in it I would prefer not to have in a shampoo. I still use it and it does leave my hair so soft - still have some fly aways with it but then I think that is natural too.

Smell amazing, keep my hair looking and feeling great. No sulfates, no parabens, no animal testing. I switched over to these a while ago and felt comfortable to continue using while pregnant. Still using using and still loving them!

I fell for this shampoo because of the beachy smell, but it was far more drying than my usual  WELLA Brilliance Shampoo & Conditioner Coarse Colored Hair,Liter Duo 33.8 oz . This shampoo is more of a clarifying shampoo than a moisturizing shampoo. I will use up what I have already purchased, but will not repurchase.
