Loved this book
Liked the principles to live life to. Part of a course so videos and discussion were all part of it.

Silence is life changing
This book has been so helpful to me in understanding the importance of being still and silent before God. The scripture and devotional were very relevant and the question that followed was very challenging and thought provoking. I found the short prayer excellent too. I will read this again as I feel I will get even more from it.

Helped me calm and focus daily. Interesting bits to read. Am trying to be still every day. It’s hard but worth it.

Worth a read...
I found this more difficult that the actual book itself. It feels somewhat laboured - but maybe that is my problem, not the author's... It has some insightful material in it, so I would say, Buy it, get what you can out of it.

The variety of people's experiences being shared is a great blessing. Strange how, from early child hood, we learnt about having a 'Quiet Time' With the Lord. It consisted of reading His Word and Prayer. Being really quiet and listening wasn't actually part of it. What a precious time, to be quiet!
