Works as intended
Well it worked on my 2010 Cadillac escalade esv. How long will it last time will tell, but I have a headlight again for now.

Check the pins before you install!!
Ordered a pair for my 2007 escalade SUV and neither driver will fire the headlights.. all they do is flicker one time on start-up. Safe to say that they will not work on my truck. Keep that in mind for your purchase.. also, when unpacking, check the 3 small hair pins that actually exit the ballast to run the headlight. Both of mine had bent hair pins. Be sure to check them before plugging the ballast into service. They look to be decently made, just won't work for my vehicle so I have to return them.

Only worked for 6-9 months
These ballasts worked for 6 months before the driver’s side died, then 3 months later the passenger side stopped working. I suppose there’s a reason the OE ballasts are so expensive….
