My kids and I were so excited to work on this puzzle but...a. 2 pieces were missingb. Many of the pieces fit but multiple places, causing us lots of frustration, especially with all the black pieces.This puzzle is definitely a challenge, but I was extremely disappointed to have the pieces missing, especially when I realized pretty quickly that one was a perimeter piece.

I have the other Friends jigsaw by the same seller (the poster one) and I was so pleased with the quality I went ahead and bought this one. It was definitely harder, but is beautiful! I've ordered frames for them and glued them.

This was bought as a gift for a Friends fan in the family. Putting together large jigsaw puzzles is one of our family bonding activities. We love a challenging puzzle like the so-called 'impossible' puzzles. However, this puzzle caused some frustration. The captured image was obviously grabbed from a low-resolution TV scene and, when the image is blown up in size, it is apparent. This also means that parts of the image have very low contrast and it's very hard or near impossible to distinguish one dark piece from another. This is true for Ross's jumper and the dark area of the frame on the bottom right. Our younger members of the family quit halfway because of this. With a combination of a torch and a process of elimination we were able to complete the puzzle. Yes, it was satisfying but not in the way we would have enjoyed. I don't think we'll be taking that one out again.

The quality of the jigsaw could be a bit better due to imperfections so not fitting flush with other prices, however it's better than other Friends puzzle from Paladone.Considering the photo was taken ages ago, it's not as clear and sharp, so certain parts of the jigsaw can be a bit blurry when trying to get the hair pieces or the black borders in place.Apart from it's perfect for Friends fan as it's a good size and you can get a perfect frame to fit into. Can't argue with the price of the puzzle too.

Puzzle is of reasonable quality a few imperfections, but it fits together well. Obviously the image is from quite an old photograph, so its quite blurry which makes it more challenging than it looks. Everybodys hair except pheobes for example just blends together so theres a lot of dark indistinct pieces. I did enjoy it though, but im probably being more forgiving because im a bit of a friends geek. If you love friends give it a go (oh and you get a free poster!) if youre not that into friends to start with, i wouldnt bother.

As a massive Friends fan and someone that already has three Friends jigsaws and i was exited when i found this one. When i opened the box and looks at the fold out picture i was very disappointed to find that the picture is of a low resolution quality meaning the picture was grainy along with the puzzle pieces. I knew that this would make the jigsaw really hard to do and so i didn’t even both trying to do it. I will be returning this item as it is not the quality i was expecting.
