I take Biotin religiously no lies. My hair grows really slow and without this it hardly grows at all. I can't say it made my hair thicker or healthier but it sures make it grow fast. Now thank goodness it did not make my leg hair grow which isa positive cause that wouldn't be cute, so no worries about that people. If you like hairy legs then forget I mentioned it. I like that these are small capsules and easy to take. I had the tablets before and they just seemed to stick in your throat.

It added strength to my hair and it grew well. I don’t know if it’s true but I read that biotin is water soluble and what the body doesn’t need will be disposed of. I haven’t bought this extreme dosage since…my choice. I haven’t noticed a difference in my hair taking 5000mcg.I suppose if your doctor prescribes 10,000mcg Biotin it is good, but I didn’t have a prescription.

Best biotin I have tried. Pills easy to swallow, they are small. My hair has never been healthier or longer. These helped save me from postpartum hair loss. Even got my husband on them and we can see a difference in his hair thickness!
