Which is better this or the Cardio IV?

HI! I’ve never used IV. I think it depends on your specialty (how often you see ped pt) since IV has the ped side incorporated. I’ve been usin this for years (I am a cardiologist), I think it’s good enough. 👩🏻⚕️👌🏻

what the best tag can be attached or used for this?

The plastic tag that's suggested below as accessorie when you purchase. Had one like that on my old stetoscope (that i gave away to my son. Examination med school :)) exact same stetoscope. Didnt buy the tag this time though.

I used an entry-level stethoscope for over 10 years since graduating from nursing school. After it finally gave out from all the frequent use, I decided to upgrade to the 3M Littmann Master Cardiology Stethoscope—and I’m so glad I did! The difference is amazing. If you know what to listen for, you can hear everything from heartbeats and valve closures (like mitral, tricuspid, aortic, and pulmonary) to the swishing sound of heart murmurs, lung sounds like wheezing, pleural rubs, crackles, and even abdominal gurgling. Auscultation is such a valuable tool in patient care, and this stethoscope really makes a difference! Highly recommend it.

The best stethoscope

This is my 2nd master cardiology. My first is still alive and kickin after probably 6-7 years of daily use. I only got a new one because I had CME money to burn. This is hands down the best sounding stethoscope I have used in 15+ years of being in medicine.

Great Product

I am a med/surg nurse and absolutely love this stethoscope. I had a Littmann Classic and was having trouble hearing when listening to patients. With this stethoscope I have had no problems even on problematic patients. Great stethoscope for the price.

THE BEST STETHOSCOPE YET!

It took me a while before I got the opportunity to write this review. As a Registered Nurse who works in a trauma hospital, this helped me really well in doing my thorough assessments especially with the lung and heart sounds. Being in a fast paced setting plus the noise of the environment, this is really the best stethoscope I have ever used. It has a rubber sealer that blocks all the environmental sounds and all you could hear was your heart, lungs or bowel sounds. Fantastic! I highly recommend this! Been using this for almost 2 years. Some doctors had to borrow this and they're amazed too! But I made sure they give it back to me. LOL

So good, but sticky??

I love the way this looks! I decided to get the smoke finish one and I love it!! The sound is great, of course. But the cord came in sticky... my previous Littmann classic III was never this sticky. Is this normal??
