Monin - Gomme Gum Syrup - 700ml

The item arrived 2 weeks prior to estimated shipping date! The correct product of Monin’s Gomme Syrup was delivered. We went out and purchased limes and mint and made mojitos with it the night we received it. Delicious! This product is well worth the money and I am excited to try it in new cocktail recipes.

El "jarabe de goma" es un jarabe de caña de azúcar que se utiliza en la preparación del Pisco Sour en Perú y Chile. Hasta que encontré este producto no había sido capaz de comprarlo en España. Es exactamente igual que el jarabe de goma que comercializan en Perú y Chile Para preparar un Pisco Sour mezclar: - 7 cl (2 chupitos) de licor de Pisco (también se puede comprar en Amazon) - 3.5 cl (1 chupito) de zumo de Lima. - 3.5 cl (1 chupito) de jarabe de goma. - 1 clara de huevo cruda. - 3 hielos de los que venden en bolsa. Batir durante 1 minuto en una batidora de vaso que pique el hielo. Servir en un vaso y añadir unas gotas de "Amargo de angostura" (se puede comprar en Amazon) Servir.
