I really like this protein. I use it every mor ing in my smoothie. The fact its a good brand is also great. It doesnt leave an after taste. (SMOOTHIE: scoop of this, almond milk, oats, honey, peanut butter, cinnimon and ice) The value is great, I striggled trying to find a good protein, Found It! Good amount of proetin as well. Also digests pretty well.

This bag is great for the price verses quantity. It mixes well in a handshaker with milk or water and only leaves a faint aftertaste. It’s a very large bag and lasts a while. It works efficiently after a long workout.

This brand is the only protein powder I use and have been since 2015. I’m lactose intolerant and this is so easy on the stomach! other brands would leave me feeling so heavy in the tummy after drinking but this one is very gentle on the tummy and doesn’t leave me feeling heavy or stomachache. Taste is good considering it’s a protein powder. I have had the Dutch chocolate, cookies & cream, and the vanilla and cycle thru these flavors to break up the monotony. I add a lil pb2 powder as well sometimes. Blends smoothly. I use two scoops because I’m naughty but love the results I get with this. This has helped me with my physique goals, especially after I have kids. I’ve been buying them for the last 10 years and will continue to.

I love this product because it is lactose free so easy on the stomach. It tastes great and has a small foot print in the cabinet--it comes in a small sturdy bag.I have bought this many times and recommend it!
