Great product, solid construction, thick copper, tinning should be a little bit thicker. took a long time to get it delivered from Europe: made in Italy but shipped from UK...??? Returning this item may be as costly as the item itself so be sure you select the correct size

Ottma teglia, fatta la farinata più volte e con la giusta quantità di olio attacca pochissimo, poi basta lasciarla in ammollo in acqua nel caso e viene via tutto facilmente.Non va lavata con detersivi ma solo con acqua e un po' alla volta si impregnerà di olio che non farà più attaccare nulla.
