but comfortable fit. My obliques cause the tops to roll ...
The front pouch is padded and a snug, but comfortable fit. My obliques cause the tops to roll down, and the rear strip is thick, but the construction is rugged and it does exactly what its meant to do.I perform in aerial silks and it gives me a nice clean line under my leggings and keeps everything where it should be.

THESE ARE GREAT
I absolutely loved the fit. Capezio is great at staying true to size and I’m always confident it’ll be the right fit when I purchase a dance belt from them. I’ve had no troubles with the dance belt and it’s very comfortable and breathable. This product is great!!

Good thickness to disguise your stuff and comfortable enough for extended wear
A few notes on this. 1. It's a thong, expect it to go up between your cheeks, that is what it is intended to do. 2. The quilted panel isn't incredibly thick so there is still a good chance the outline of your stuff will be visible if you aren't a tiny fellow. 3. The thick waistband can be uncomfortable if not positioned properly. Make sure it is high enough on your hip so it doesn't cut into your leg. 4. Once you have these on they are quite comfortable and are nearly invisible under a pair of dance tights or leggings. 5. It actually gives good support so that your stuff isn't swinging in the wind. I've started wearing them when I jog in leggings so that my stuff is properly supported and so I don't give off more of a free show than is absolutely necessary. There are thicker panels out there, but they can be super uncomfortable and make you look like you're wearing a diaper backwards. This is just thick enough without looking weird or being uncomfortable.

pretty good, but an ideal product demands better
So, let’s remember to be realistic - this belt is OK, but an improvement could be made - this particular belt flattens more than it cups and supports - granted, a well-trained and maintained dancer barely needs a dance belt and et c.If we went with cup sizes, this would be a trainer, maybe, or an A - I am not suggesting the return of a codpiece or what it supposedly suggests, but the belt would wear (i.e. feel) more comfortable if it accommodated all that was going to be packed in there, in a suitable volume, and not more brutally, by compression against the lower abdomen. Certainly, One could stitch in a narrow approx 3” X 1” a vertical, diamond-shaped panel, long on top, short on the lower side, a shape like a segment of a starburst ray, an elongated diamond shape, <>, modified to fit the above description. If only this belt had a bit of such a dart/insert (or whatever it might be more correctly called) and thus formed more of a supportive pouch rather than a flat panel, but of course that might be considered more for modern dance rather than the classical ballet which, as we all know, never, never deals with anything that admits to our natural anatomy and passions, nor where they spring from, Romeo and Juliet be darned.I’ve worn this belt before, at least about 30 years ago. Some might argue ‘why tinker with perfection’, but myself, I wonder why they haven’t figured this out yet and do not at least offer an option - to me it is obvious they do not wear their own product enough. And Yes, I suspected as much, but needed a product, and also will probably make the alteration I propose. I just don’t see why I should have to pay this price.Oh yes, and when the elastic fades, as it will, one tends to hang out of the sides, but until then, you just feel a little “pressed”, and you mustn’t mistake that vague sensation for indigestion, or heart attack, for us older guys who still do something that needs such as this. And 1 . . .

Great for Ballet!
Need to buy a pair for a dance show and I’ve used them so many times, I also used them for drag and they last a really long time!

Gets the Job Done
Sized right, not too tight, not too loose. Take care putting it on at first but then it molds to you and its "Set it and forget it." No more distractions during class. Follow the care instructions and the string will stay soft and flexible. Straps lay flat under clothes, no bumps or lumps showing through. Takes days to dry so get two.Hey Dudes: Take some advice and get one, I should have done this years ago. They also have full seated if the idea of a string is just too weird for ya!

comfortable high waist fit
After searching for years, I have found my go to belt. I highly recommend this one. I use a Wear Moi large, a large in Capezio reinforced front line, but this one fits better in size medium. I prefer this one more than Wear Moi's wide elastic waist band. A feature that I really like about this is that the waist band rises higher, almost above the hip bone. I'm writing this review to remind myself to purchase these next time. Is there a bulk order discount?

10/10
Bought this for my Spider-Man cosplay. I wear my regular Calvin Klein briefs, this dance belt, then a pair of compression pants and I'm ready for any skin tight suit you can throw at me.An absolute must-have for cosplayers that don't want their webshooter outlined around children. 🤟🕸️
