Great!
Brought my HP LaserJet 1100 back to life.

This product is truly plug and play
When the last system in the house with PCI slots died, I though that my old parallel port HP Laser Jet 1100 would be a goner also. The cable from the printer plugged right into the adapter and Windows 10 brought the printer online when I plugged the USB end into the system. No muss, no fuss. The way USB was meant to be.

Doesn’t work with a parallel port Zip drive.
Probably workes good with a printer but not so well with an old Parallel port Zip drive.

Revived my old printer!
So glad I bought this cable. My iMac does not have parallel port so I was not able to use my old HP laserjet printer. This cable made it possible to connect my printer to my computer.

Did not work
It did not work to interface a zip drive to my computer. I tossed it in the trash

Works OK but...
It worked OK but old Windows did not recognize it as an LPT port. It kept appearing as a USB port and therefore I could not use it with my old WinXP software and drivers. I needed an old PC and old WinXP to program firmware in very old ADSP.

Looks good. Decent qulity however it will NOT allow you to connect to older devices pre windows 10 as suggested.
