The media could not be loaded.  Very easy to set up. I was surprised that this am with batteries fir both the remote control AND the transforming Police car! Very cool tool - my 5 year old loves it!Transforming Police Car: The car itself is detailed oriented and has red and blue flashing lights like a police car. It transforms quickly and returns to its original state just as fast. You can drive the police car in transformation mode or in car mode. This is a plastic toy but given the transforming affect it probably needs to be light. The base of the car is a bit heavier where the batteries are housed. There’s an on and off button at the back of the car (where the license plate would be) but the car also has the option to use a USB charger if you don’t want to use the batteries that are included.Remote Control: The remote control is plastic but very easy to use. It only took five seconds to link the remote control signal to the car. I really like that this unit comes with a pre-programmed “demo” mode that has the car automatically transform and runs forward & backwards and does 360° turns.Overall - this is a good toy for the money and will provide hours and hours of fun!

Received my transform remote control within 3 days of placing the order.The instructions are not in English, but there are pictures and it is pretty self-explanatory.I just opened the two battery packs, unscrewed the 2 small screws on the car and one screw on the remote, and placed the batteries, put the cover back on and placed the screws back in.There is a little screwdriver in the box as well as regular batteries for the remote part and rechargeable batteries for the car. Along with the rechargeable batteries there is a USB cord to charge the batteries. The rechargeable batteries are a big plus, that will save me money in the long run.The car will run in “transformed” mode and just in regular police car mode. Police cars lights flash, there is no “siren” noise, which is another plus! Police transformer must be responding to a silent alarm! :)The remote is pretty basic and I believe will be easy for a child to control.Lower left flat button will take the car into motion and transforming into a robot and back to police car.The lower right flat button takes it out of “transforming” mode and to regular remote control.Left lever/toggle button is for forward and backward running, right lever/toggle button is for turning right or left.Watching the transformation is pretty cool goes into robot transformation, moves forward and then stops and transforms back to police car and moves again, going back and forth through transformation until you press the left flat button.All in all it is a pretty cool transformer and am happy with the purchase.

I bought this for my 10 year old grandson. I know he will love it. It is exciting and functional. The remote control is responsive and easy to learn how to operate. It was easy to set up. I like that it has rechargeable batteries for the car. The instructions on the box are in English and easy to understand although not really necessary as it is very intuitive to set up and use. The instructions inside are in Chinese. Overall I thought it was a little fragile and some supervision will be necessary until I teach my grandson to use it carefully. The motions of the car are cool and when it turns into the robot it is a lot like we see in the movies. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.

I received it within a day of ordering, it was very fast and prompt delivery even with prime.I bought it for my 8 year old nephew; he loves this car and wants to play with it for hours. The remote control, though is pretty basic, is responsive and easy to learn how to operate. The range of the remote is good too, I have tried it for up to 25ft and it worked, might work for longer distance but I could not test it. My nephew learned to maneuver it pretty easily. The car came with two sets of batteries, standard batteries for the remote and rechargeable batteries for the car which is very thoughtful I think. The motions of the car are cool and when it turns into the robot it is a lot like we see in the movies. The car runs very well on hard floor, the robot works well on the carpet as well. My nephew loves to see the car transform into the robot and does it using the remote as well. The toy is built pretty good quality. My brother likes it as well, to my nephew’s disapproval, he also plays with it time to time.Overall, a good buy so far.

This was our the first remote-control toy that our 3-year old has ever played with, and needless to say, he was blown away with it. As he is a bit young for it, he understandably didn't master the controls, but it was still fun for him to control it's direction a bit, and control it's ability to transform. I was impressed with the fact that it had a button to transform, rather than having to do it manually. There did seem to be one button which basically makes it go into "chaos mode", where it just starts randomly transforming, moving around, etc. We were a bit spooked by this at first, but once we realized what was happening, it became pretty fun and entertaining. I will say that it did not move that effectively on carpet, which is a challenge since our play area is carpeted, but we tried it on the flat coffee table and it worked perfectly. The on/off switch (photo taken) is small and on the back, i.e. a bit hard to find, but once you know it's there, it's easy to locate. This turns on/off the blinking lights and remote control features...so it's good that it has that ability to be turned off. I was also impressed with how well it moved even while in the robot mode. I would definitely recommend this to slightly older kids, perhaps 5+, who have non-carpeted areas for playing with it. The rechargeable aspect of the batteries is also convenient, in addition to just the fact that it comes with batteries, so that it can be played with right away.

This car is like any other rc car, but it can transform with the click of a button. It is a great toy to get for anyone that likes remote control cars that can do more things.
