Dubious results.
Normally Chattanooga produces a superior product to all other ice packs. The thickness has gone down over the years of the outer layer making it less durable. This time though, the inside material was hard and caked. I had to kneed it a lot to soften it from being a brick inside, not evenly spread out. Defective lot? Bad Warehousing? Never order the black ones over the blues, as they are less durable every time. And some blues are heavy duty over the normal ones. These are a real pays your money takes your chances. Might have to go to factory ordering.

Love the brand... not a fan of this size.
I love this brand of ice packs but I don't care for the neck contoured design. I don't think it fits the neck comfortably.
