As soon as I started wearing the Dr. Arthritis Posture Support, I couldn't believe how much better I felt! I could breathe much easier, and my constant shoulder and rib pain were greatly reduced. And with continued wear, my pain relief continued to improve. But, the best part is that after wearing the Support for only a short time, my posture without it is unbelievably better because it trained my body to feel what good posture is. And, if I notice that I'm starting to slouch, all I have to do is wear the Support again to remind my body of what good posture feels like. I just can't say enough about the "magic bullet" effects of this Support, plus it's really pretty, easy to adjust, comfortable to wear and inexpensive. Thanks again, Dr. Arthritis, for another wonderful product and accompanying doctor written handbook.

This pictorial instruction sheet is A JOKE! First, the demo posture corrector is black; thus, it is almost impossible to see how to loop the Velcro straps. Secondly, the “backpack” example is useless. Next, it gives no clue how to get from Step 2 to Step 3. Lastly, Step 4 says to secure the Velcro without STATING OR SHOWING WHERE TO DO SO! If it weren't real & truly frustrating, this instructional sheet would seem comical. Buy another with useful information.

The product itself is very easy to use, however the style and usefulness of this was not what i expected. I was hoping i could wear this under my clothes/scrubs for work but it doesn’t feel well sitting directly on my skin on top of clothes feels clunky. It does help relieve pain however. It’s just not as practical as i imagined it to be. To wear at home and around in private, this is a good product!

I've had this for about 3 weeks now and my overall feel for this product is that it's nice to wear during the workday as I work at home all day, but I don't think I'd wear this to work or under my shirt. I wear this while I work during the day and it's an excellent reminder to not lean forward to type--just scoot closer to the desk then type. I think that aspect of wearing this product is very good.I give it 4 stars because on the other hand, it's decently comfortable and I tried wearing this under my shirt on a ~3 mile run and I didn't really feel support from it and it gave me a rash. I also wore this over my shirt on a 2 or 3 hour walk / hike with some friends, but I didn't really feel support from it yet again. So, overall I like this for working from home, but I would not wear this outside. Also, it kind of makes me want to get something heavier duty. So I like the concept of this product but I may like a heavier duty one rather than this one, but once again for working at home it's nice--but lacking comfort. I think I could wear this to the office but I wouldn't wear this under my shirt I'd wear two shirts and put it underneath the 2nd one.

This posture support devise was easy to put on but it didn't do a good enough job holding my shoulder back and down. The adjustable velcro wasn't able to hold the straps tight enough to give you effective support.

I'd rate it 5 stars because of its quality construction with nice large Velcro closures. So far, it feels quite comfortable once in place. It's a bit difficult to put on without help from my wife. I thought it would be more of a brace holding my shoulders back. Instead it seems to just serve as a reminder to me to use my muscles to reposition my shoulders for better posture. I hope to see a permanent result after using it for some time. The handbook is a nice addition as it is full of good information.

This item is too short on the back to sit correctly to support the pull back of the shoulders. Needs to be longer down the spine to sit properly. Was going to do the return but did not get it in the mail fast enough.

I ordered this because I tend to slump more when stressed and tired and because it came with exercises. This is the greatest company and I have purchased many of their products and find them extremely well made and beneficial for my physical problems with my knee and elbow. And to my great delight they come in PINK and I get a lot of compliments on my supports. All their products I have are well thought out, very comfortable, with pertinent exercises and are designed by medical experts. Their catalog is well worth checking out......AND very, very reasonably priced for the quality. The back support is perfect and I waited years to find this very special one!!

Lo uso desde hace como 1 año, no me encanta pero si sirve. Cuando la usé constantemente noté cambios buenos, peroo re puede llegar a raspar la axila y duele muchisimo. La dejé de usar pero porque no soporté 🙊.

Muy buen producto y cumple su propósito pero las instrucciones podrían ser un poco más claras, es difícil al principio ajustarla.
