Pretty decent easel although not too sturdy for a heavy 24x36 white board which is what I bought it for. The front tray was a little tricky to install and even tightened it's not that sturdy if someone leans on one side of the white board while writing on it. I do love the ease with which the legs are extendable and retractable with the locking clips. Makes this very easy to open up and set up quickly- the only thing that made the setup take awhile was trying to get the front tray to stay on tight and the legs just right so it doesn't wobble too much. I wish the legs had a locking mechanism at the top to prevent them from being pushed back at an angle too easily. I tried tightening the screws which helped a little but not much. The lock that holds the back piece in place to support the height of your project isn't all that tight either and the pole still slides easily even when it's locked. I'd say that this is perfect for light projects or displays but not too great for playing intense pictionary with a white board. But for the price it's a great product especially since it comes with an awesome carrying case.

This is made very well but cannot hold up to 25 lbs. I have a dry erase board that weighs less than that and it cannot hold it fully extended without looking like it will absolutely die! I lowered the height and it can hold it well, I can write on it without it shaking and wobbling which is what I need. The top holding bar does not seem to hold the same width as the bottom tray can hold and that part is a bit flimsy but for a poster board/display board it will be fine. As an FYI, my white board fits all the measurement requirements that are here but still doesn't quilt fit on the top, fits on the bottom fine and again, the weight issue. Still, for what I am going to use this for, lowering the height will be just fine.So, outside of my personal issues with this, a smaller white board or post board display will do just fine with this stand. It is well made, nicely designed and easy to use. You really don't need instructions, it's pretty straightforward how it works.

Look no further if you need a sturdy, dependable, easily portable, easel for office work, artwork, display--whatever. This is it. Looks just like the picture and I thought it was a great value for the money. I love the telescoping legs. Easy to adjust and perfect when I want something "stable on a table" or need it high off the floor in front of a room. Very manageable size to transport. I travel a bit and I brought it on the plane as a carry-on with no problems with TSA. One guy made me take it out of the bag and open it up--which took all of 5 minutes to open, set-up, break-down, and put back in the bag--even he was impressed! When I accidentally banged it, I thought it would be all scratched and dented. Nope. Just a nick, which was my own fault for being clumsy. I'm not an artist, but my wife likes to paint watercolors of flowers outside sometimes, . She wants to borrow it as soon a spring comes--much easier than the heavy wooden one's some of her friends have. I'll buy her one of her own then. Hope this helps.

Purposely got a tall easel so I could use it while standing and it works great for the price! A little bit Wobbly but not in a concerning way. The light weight and case it comes with makes it perfect for using on the go!

Easel arrived today and was packaged in two boxes so it was very protected during shipping. It was very easy to open and set up. I placed a couple of poster boards on it and they balanced very well The stand is very sturdy. I also tested it holding a large framed print and it was also secure. I love the carrying case that also came with the easel which will make transportation very easy. I really liked this easel when I saw it online as it's black and so many are silver. My office furniture is black so it blends into the room very nicely. Would highly recommend this easel. Very good for the price.

I bought this to use with a 36" White Board which the description said it could handle. I could NOT get the 36" HIGHT in place. It will work if you are using yours length wise but not in height. Also I noticed that the Tripod was unstable when extended at a height to put this at eye level. The weight of a 36" board might have been the problem? I think this is OK for the price but I wold not use it for anything larger that a 24" board unless you are putting it on a table and the legs will not need to be extended full out. I gave it three stars because it was very nice all in all I just believe it is NOT able to handle the larger boards well IMHO.

This is a lightweight but sturdy easel that knocks down to a handy carrying size. My only complaint is that the rack/rail that holds boards from below could use deeper screw cut-outs as they tend to slip off the rivets when you lift out several boards at the same time or when you move the easel around. Otherwise, great product. I used it for presentations with as many as (6) 30" x 40" presentation boards and it held up fine.

The media could not be loaded.  So impressed with the design of this easel! I’m doing a trade show soon and I needed a light weight way to display some of my work. This is so perfect. I’ll be buying a lot more. It comes with a carrying case and breaks down and sets up SUPER easily! I have heavy canvas prints of my paintings on this one in the video, two 24”x36” canvases weighing about 7 lbs each. The easel held them fine and didn’t budge. I wouldn’t recommend using it outdoors or when it’s windy but anything inside should be just fine!
