I bought this thinking I could carry 2 preloaded injection pens + the 2-icys that came with it! Nope. The 2 icys are great but then can’t fit even 1 of my pens in. Had to remove 1 icey pack, then can only carry 1 pen. The icey only lasts a couple of hours as it’s so small. Would be good if you were only carrying a bottle vs reloaded pens

Nice size. Fits easily in purse. Keeps insulin cool for several hours under normal use. My Mom uses it for our trips into town. Usually gone 4-5 hours and still cool when we get home. Works perfect for what she wanted.

Great medication pouch that we use for our dog's eyedrops. He has glaucoma. Very handy! It comes with two ice packets. You use one while traveling and freeze the other.
