Bamboo Pop by Universal Yarn (101 White)

This is a great yarn. The delivery carrier kept telling me that there was a problem and that it was being sent back to the sender Then it showed up right on time for my project. That was just weird since I paid 4 dollars for shipping.

I love this yarn! Hubby gave me one skein for our anniversary, checking my reaction to make sure it was the right stuff. He gave me 3 more for my birthday a week later (yeah, we did that), and I really love it. The weight is 3, but it is just barely a 3, IMHO. Very soft and the package of 4 skeins were all the same dye lot. I may knit a lacy shawl for myself with it. If there is any left over, then a lacy hat.I love this yarn because I can wear it next to my very sensitive skin. (My knitting group has a saying now: "Is it 'Robin-soft' ?", meaning there is a certain level of softness that I require for myself that my knitting friends do not. It is a loving accommodation of my eccentricities.)I do recommend this yarn if you want fine, soft yarn. It IS 50% cotton, so it won't stretch as much as wool would.

I used this yarn to make 2 shawls. The yarn is so soft & very easy to work with. I will definitely find other projects for it!
