I am confident that this product does wonders if you only clean your ears once a week or have a children that you have to fight with to keep their ears clean. If you clean your ears daily or at least a fairly regular basis then this product isn't going to do anything. I stopped using cotton swabs the day before receiving this and the next day there was nothing on the end. Same results for the next 3 days even though my ears felt itchy. Switched back to cotton swabs and could see the wax that was in my ear that this did not get. Pretty sure if you are prone to excessive wax build up this would work great but for everyday cleaning this isn't the product for you.

The only reason for my three star review is that upon putting the individual twisty head on the applicator there was a slight sharp feel on the base of the twisty part. The plastic wasn't buffered at all ..almost like when it was made during the molding process it wasn't buffered to make the plastic smooth and was torn off of the mold ..almost half the twisty heads at their base had this tiny imperfection and so then when inserting into the ear and properly twisting it , that small piece that was rough felt extremely comfortable and not want to use it..not all the twisty heads were like this so its not like that was the norm for this product.Although they were great with shipping..it came very fast ...but I was unhappy there was no email or phone number to call or message the distributor/company of this product or to see of this was error or if they could please just send me some new twisty head parts. Amazon customer service tho was fantastic and helped me in my inquiry. I was grateful!

i does not feel like they clean at all and when its inside your ear it's loud so it makes it really uncomfortable.

I was going to give a 1-star review since these didn't do anything for me, but it struck me that maybe my ears just don't have any wax in them to pull out. My ears have been feeling itchy lately, so I thought maybe I had something in them, like wax buildup. This product seemed to hold a lot of promise. However, after testing them out on both ears, nothing at all came out. I'm kind of disappointed, but I realize that someone else with different ears than mine might end up with a better result...

Product is completely useless. Removes zero wax and the caps that secure the silicone head were not de-burred after being cut from the mold therefore scratching the inside of your ear on each twist. Move on to something else. Junk and returned

Please don’t waste your money on this. I used this and it was absolutely a far cry from what it is advertised to do...this pics were taken of the head after use in my ears. As you can see it’s so minuscule what came out; however, by just using my pinky fingernail, I was able to get the irritant out of my ears. Seriously 😳 what a waste of money. The awkwardness of putting the tip in my ear was comparable to guiding soft bendable screw into a hole 🕳 that you couldn’t see.

I read the reviews before I bought it but it sure didn’t work the way for me that everyone was saying it would. It didn’t clear our any more ear wax than a q-tip skin was disappointed. Not at all what I thought it would be.

It simply doesn't work the way it is advertised. I guess someone invents a product. Then, many others knock it off. This is another cheap poorly made product that Amazon has not tested, or verified. Disappointing.
