Light and breezy
I love this vest so much. I tend to get hot when exercising and this keeps me cool without going topless.It's really light weight, feels almost like you're wearing nothing. It did get a bit scuffed up by a zip when I wore PPE over it, so it could be tougher, but no star deducted for that.I'm gonna buy another!

Ideal warm weather running top. Also brightly coloured so good on darker evenings/mornings (I do run early and late sometimes) wore it this morning to run in fuerventura

Consider a size up unless you like your tops tight
if you have a slight belly like me, get a size up! Good quality item without doubt and would buy another one

I'm an average build and needed the XL size.Good quality running vest. Perhaps a little expensive, but will hopefully keep me going for a few years.

Wear protection!
It is well made and the fit is very good. However, the material is heavier than my usual running t-shirt and is slightly coarse. I found that it makes my nipples sore even on a 30 minute run - on a longer run one of them bled. So, unless you use some kind of protection, I would not recommend what would otherwise be good tank-top.
