I use quite often to deal with joint pain or stiffness. Arthritis is a genetic issue in my family, and at 67 years old, boswellia seems to be helping me to keep it at bay. Most of my flareups are caused by eating gluten or corn but with NAG and boswellia , I am still able to enjoy desserts etc , once I dont over indulge - then i get pains in my head , blood sugar and blood pressure also go up but so far can all be managed without prescription drugs , unlike all my other siblings. Along with Boswellia, I take sweet ease from Banyan, Gotu Kola and guggul from time to time.

I've been taking this Boswellia for many years. In all that time and even now when I'm 84 years old my joints are well, happy and painless. I'll write another review when I'm 96 years old. I expect my joints will be just as happy

Anyone with inflammation like arthritis should use this . It’s good for inflammation anywhere in your body including allergies. Especially great on hands.
