My daughter is 7 months old and is 16 pounds. She still wears 3 to 6 months clothes and also 6 to 9 months clothes. I decided to get her a 3 to 6 month size bc she is on the slim side and I felt that the 6 to 12 months would be huge. The outfit fits great! This is her 1st Halloween and she is so cute. My only complaint is that the bow, sucks. But I can just find another one! If your baby is on the small side get the 3 to 6 month size!
