I learned how to crochet when I was younger but never continued. and i started an internship and needed a way to take the stress off and i remembered that that had helped in the past. so I ordered the kit. it's cool because it comes with 12 different colors 2 different size hooks, and other accessories including a carry bag. I ended up buying 2 more. one bad thing is that sometimes and it doesn't happen to all of them just 1 of the 4 colors I've used that it's easy to pull apart and get 1 strand of the multistrand mixed up in the hook. but other than that I'm happy

Bought for my 12 year old daughter. She’s a beginner but caught on quickly with you tube videos. This kit was perfect!

Beginning

Very nice starter kit. Everything you need for a beginner in a nice carry bag. Small 1 oz skeins of cotton yarn. Comes with 2 crochet hooks, 2 plastic needles, 8 stitch markers and 12 balls of yarn. Would’ve liked to see a beginner pattern included

The yarn was thinner and the whole product was significantly smaller than I had thought.

Have you ever searched "yarn" into the amazon search engine? Well this yarn is high quality, and affordable, the cons are Cons: a little on the small side but it works with my arigumi projects. It was a little scratchy don't recommend for blankets or apparel. Other than that it was great, Pros: good case, I got colors shown in pic, but I personally didn't like a grey green color. And the hooks were boye style, i got red and blue 5mm and 4mm, but i think the hooks were random. Overall... great for certain projects not ideal for others do recomend

I got this for my elderly mother to help her have activities. She isn’t that pleased with it. Thin and tiny skeins. Yarns really isn’t something I buy online anymore.

Very disappointed! The yarn completely frays when you try to do a simple chain when crocheting. I literally didn’t even get a full 10 stitch chain completed without hit fraying 4 or 5 loops and having to backtrack to fix it. Completely not the quality I wanted.

They are perfect sizes for crafters a good selection of colours so you don't have to buy a big ball for small projects or decorating a finished peice. The Carty case is sturdy and it included crochette hooks as well. I liked it so much I ordered a second and the price was excellent.

This kit is exactly what you pay for.I enjoy the variety of colors and the tools are perfect to make a lot of smaller creations.The thread is what you can expect at that price range, meaning that you will be able to have a final product that stays together without it being too fluffed out.However it is good to note that I found some knots in the ball, and I had to cut it. I thought it was good as it made me practice the "change yarn ball" technique. But be aware that it might happen with this brand.This is not a deal breaker though.All in all, this product delivers and I am satisfied with it.
