Poorly put together. It nearly smashed my toddler. 0/10
This vacuum nearly seriously hurt my 1.5 yo.Firstly, I don't understand the hullabaloo about suction. It doesn't suck that well. It leaves cat hair in the fibers of my rug, and sometimes it just juggles crumbs in the spinner without sucking then up into the compartment.Second, the plastic is cheap. Cheap cheap. When you're putting it together, you feel like you're going to snap it in half. It's difficult to get the handheld portion to snap into the standing part, which is what caused my biggest complaint (below). It takes a lot of strength and finesse to put it together, so I would NOT recommend gifting this to your elderly family members. My story: It was lying on the floor because I didn't want to risk it falling on my toddler. I'd previously put it back together and thought I heard the snap indicating that it was in place. I approached the vacuum, picked it up, turned around, and the heaviest part (the handheld portion) FLEW OUT OF THE VACUUM AND AT MY DAUGHTER'S FACE. She was 5 feet away from me. It missed her by an inch and broke into three pieces upon impact, the farthest flying 7 feet away from me. The look on her face was devastating. I almost cried to think of her almost getting smacked in the face.Next, it doesn't maneuver well. When you rotate it, the wand turns but the rolling portion stays straight, making it difficult to maneuver. It's good for your wrist that the handle rotates, but it's no good if you still have to shove the vacuum around to get the floor attachment to turn.Lastly, there are a number of buttons and each one does something different, and I keep mistakenly pushing the wrong button and, for instance, opening the vacuum instead of removing it. Another reason this would be a bad gift for an elderly family member, as I've seen this advertised.

Our experience with this vac, was very disappointing.
Not sure how this vacuum has so many 5 star ratings! It's quite terrible. Mom wanted a nice and convenient vacuum to use and after seeing all the 5 star ratings we thought this was the one! Nope. Very low suction, super flimsy (feels like its gonna break in half just gently pushing it) and the brush on the bottom seems to barley touch the carpet and from what I see there's no way to adjust it up or down. Also, tried it on the hard floor and all it does is throw the dirt everywhere instead of sucking it up. Using the vacuum as a handheld to use to clean the car works OK... but why spend $100 bucks for something that a $30 shop vac does better. But, we didn't buy this to clean a car, its for the house. Really thought for the price this would have been better. Would not recommend.

Great suction power, lightweight and compact
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This product performed more than my expectation , for this price I was so much surprised that it comes with so much suction power. I like this the feature of removing the smaller vaccum to use it as a handheld vaccum for my car and smaller spaces, the handheld portion of the vaccum also comes with individual control for different speed and it feels so handy and compact. I have another major brand which I paid 150 for just handheld vaccum and it feels so heavy and complicate to clean the filter. This vaccum feels so compact and I am very happy with the purchase. If you are looking for a two in one vaccum which is light weight and battery operated then this is the vaccum for you. I am very much impressed. This also comes with a bright led in the front and very much helpful in darker places It’s mostly helpful in cleaning closets where we don’t have much lighting.

LOVE MANY OF THE FEATURES. YOUR MILEAGE MAY VARY.
I bought this to complement my "real" vacuum cleaner, a Miele canister that kicks most other vacuum cleaners' asses. But a lightweight, rechargeable is really helpful in a house with cats--and their fur and the litter they track. The vacuum is really lightweight and incredibly maneuverable, so it is easy to get under most furniture--and there is a decent headlight that I have never had on an inexpensive vacuum. Suction drops off dramatically as the dust bin fills up. While it is easy to dump the litter and fur, it takes more than that to thoroughly clean it. Ironically, I sometimes use my "real" vacuum cleaner to vacuum out the little pleats in the filter. The filter is also washable, but it takes awhile to dry.I'd hoped it would be good on carpeted stairs, but it is only so-so. The brush isn't aggressive enough to do a good job on the stairs. (If it *was* that aggressive, it would probably scratch the wood floors, as there is no on-off switch for the brush.) The 2 suction settings don't make much sense to me. I can't imagine why I'd want to use the lower setting. So I always have to push the button to up the suction power. (Neither setting is so strong that it would damage anything like the fringe on an Oriental rug.)I do wonder about the longevity of the machine. The plastic is scarily lightweight and, I assume, flimsy. The feature where you can remove the hand-held piece seems like it requires a lot of pressure to snap it back in place. I worry that the plastic will break. I also worry that when I move the machine from its upright (resting) position to the vacuuming position that it may fail. It's not fair to judge it by "might" but I'm just not sure about how long it will hold up to frequent use.Overall, it's really nice to be able to do a quick pickup on the room with the litter boxes and cat food. Or a bathroom. It will never take the place of a full-size, full-strength vacuum cleaner.I bought the vacuum on sale. At full price, it is still a decent buy. (At $20 less, even better!) Very happy with this purchase.

You might die
It exploded and caught fire the first time I charged it. I heard a loud bang and saw a bright orange flash and went in the other room and saw it burning on the floor. I didn’t know where my fire extinguisher was so I just grabbed it and threw it out the front door, on fire. After I did that, I shut the door to go look for my extinguisher. When I was doing so, I heard a loud bang and peeked out another door to see it more on fire. It started smoking and flaming pretty badly after that. Thankfully my neighbor came over with a fire extinguisher and put it out.
