Love this monitor. I wish the screen would permanently stay on instead of me having to keep turning it on. I could be using it wrong but i am not sure. Other than that the quality is good, the sound, and i like how you can move the camera from the monitor screen.

We wanted a monitor that didn't use wifi and had video for a good price. This baby monitor checked all those boxes. the quality of the video isnt perfectly clear but overall you can monitor your baby. I love the video feature cause it helps me observe if he is just stirring or if he is fully awake.

Also has B&W mode with IRs for night vision.Has built in clock, date and temperature sensor which is user switchable between F & C and displays on screen.Remote microphone works but, receive volume is not that loud. Voice actuated alarm on camera works well.The U/I is easy to figure out with or without instructions. All other features work pretty much as advertised.Range: I placed the camera transmitter unit in my kitchen and went outside with the rechargeable battery powered receiver/display unit. With the receive antenna folded down, it went about 100' outside my CBS block wall house. With antenna extended up, I was able to go across the street to my neighbor's front door, or about 500' away. Description says 900' but I was very impressed with this unit going that far through CBS walls. It should reach any other spot in a normal size home with no problem.In this system, the camera/transmitter is not battery operated and requires connection to the supplied 5 Vdc power supply unit. The receiver/display unit has a 5 Vdc plug-in charger and will work on its internal rechargeable battery for 4 hours.Problem is, both power supply units look identical with the exception that one has a 1000ma output and the other is 1500ma. The included manual does not point out this distinction nor explain which P/S belongs to which unit. And, the plugs on both will fit and power either unit.Common sense would dictate that the more powerful 1500ma P/S should be mated to the receiver/display unit since it will require more power for simultaneous operation and battery charging.But nowhere in the manual is this explained. And since the two P/S units look identical (except for the very fine print label) if reversed, the 1000ma P/S may not be powerful enough to charge the display battery properly.As you can probably guess, I intend to use this for monitoring something other than an infant for which I was counting on the remote Pan/Tilt/Zoom function as advertised. However, I would recommend it highly for baby monitoring purposes.Hope this helps!

This camera sucks. First of all the quality of the picture during the day isn’t all that great. The night vision is even worse. It flickers and is super grainy. Then to top it all off the damn things battery life just sucked so we had to keep it plugged in overnight and that killed the battery all together in like 6 months. It’s a really bad investment. I would find something better if I were you.

Update #2: I am updating my review to say, they did finally agree to give me a refund, now let's see if it hits my account.UPDATE: BEWARE: After only 5 months of use the camera and monitor would not reach past the room the camera was in. Emailed customer service....very responsive but would NOT BACK THEIR PRODUCT. Yes, the picture WAS clear until it wouldn't work any more..This is a very good little monitor. It has a clear picture and you can see the baby very well in the dark. I highly recommend this one if you are in doubt.

The product was amazing when I first purchased it. Over time the charger now only works when it’s positioned a certain way and the slightest movement will throw it off. Occasionally the screen randomly goes black and the only way to fix it is to unplug the camera completely which sucks if the baby is sleeping and I now have to try to be stealthy to get in the room to reset the camera. All in all I guess it’s was worth it for the price I got it for, I’m happy I got it during a sale.

Its a great buy. No complaints.

I would not purchase this again. The picture quality is ok. The monitor will not stay charging with the cord plugged in. I have to keep wiggling the cord. Tried to tape it to hold a charge but that did not work. Contacted seller and no response. Contacted manufacturer and they are suppose to send me a new monitor. We shall see.
