Beautiful
The media could not be loaded. I love my waterfall. Works exactly as advertised. Easy to install. We used 1 1/2 in PVC pipe to run the water up to the spillway. We used two 5000 GPH pumps which were more than enough. The sound of the water is so calming. We even got a WiFi plug that connects to Alexa. The whole system runs though our smart phone.

Great value, quality and display.
This product functions and looks amazing. I used this spillway to build a waterfall center piece in my backyard. The relaxing sound of the waterfall, plus the built in colorful light display, is the highlight of my landscape. The company goes above and beyond for customer service. I had a few questions and the team answered very quickly. Overall very pleased.

Looks and installs great but isn't stainless.
It's very well built & easy to install. I did have to bend it a bit in order to have a uniform water fall & it has some rust stains.

Buyer beware
Customer service is number one had a remote issue was taken care of had a couple lights burn out on the light bar was replaced both issues resolved in a few days 2nd update the light bar burnt out again company told me they will not replace it a 2nd time they only last 12 months so be prepared to purchase a new light every year at $120.00 a pop disgusted an I only use the light when entertaining maybe 40 hrs on this light bar that's terrible poor design I guess

I didn’t like the fact that they broke so easily when hooking them up.

Made in China
You must Re-seal all plastic glued edges before using. This product is made in China, you get what you pay for, but it will last a couple of years if you re-glue the outer edges!

Great product and customer service
Very happy with the purchase. I haven't used it yet but it looks solid and the customer service at Half Off Ponds was excellent. Nate had great communication, and quick shipping so I would definitely recommend their products to others!
