I bought these trays mainly to freeze herbs and sauces and quite honestly I was originally looking at trays with thousands of reviews but the reviews were looking sketchy and then I ran across these. And so far these have been great. They aren’t quite like the ice trays I grew up on, to get the cubes out easily just set them out on the counter for a few minutes (you could probably run warm water over the base if you wanted but it’s not really necessary) and then gently push from the bottom. The lid is not technically secure so you can’t tilt too much without them spilling, however they are so easy to hold onto and quite stable so I haven’t even come close to spilling them anyways. Very happy with quality, size and ease of use so far. I’ve frozen herbs, pesto, and leftover milkshakes so far and they have been great.

I love that these come with lids and that the ice cubes are huge. The directions tell you to let the tray sit out at room temp for a couple of minutes before attempting to remove any ice cubes, but as long as you focus on 1 cube at a time and use the tiniest bit of muscle, you can get the cubes out in no time; just make sure you keep the tray close to your body or over a sink when you remove any cubes, otherwise you’ll end up launching the ice cubes across the room.

I like the size of the ice cubes this tray makes, but it is a little difficult to push out the ice cubes if you dont run the tray under some warm water first. Other than that, the size of the ice cubes are great. I like that it comes with a lid and that my ice cubes don't smell anymore. I love that it comes with two because I alternate between them throughout the day.

First time I've had ice trays with lids, no longer spilling water while putting into freezer. Cubes come out easily and individually. Up until now I'd been using old school plastic trays you'd have to twist and bang to remove ice. Putting to good use this summer!

Very satisfied with this product. Icecube size are perfect. Trays cover makes it easier to store and stock in freezer. Amazing product will be getting more.

Despite the description, the ice cubes from these trays are smaller than normal and incredibly difficult to remove. It is a painful process, literally. It takes a lot of force from thumbs to remove them, and thawing is necessary before the cubes easily fall out. That, of course, means water into your drink. Don't waste your money or your time.

The best way I found to remove the cubes is to turn the tray upside down with the lid, and to press on the back rubber bottom with the palm of your hand. However, out of 8 trays that I have, one tray has two of the flexible rubber bottoms that have detached, so I'm down to 7 trays...but I still like them even though I am disappointed that one tray is a "casualty" after a couple of months of use.

The trays work as advertised, nice to have them covered while in the freezer and they come out fine after sitting out for a short time.
