Just right for terminating CAT6. The CAT5 plugs I had wouldn’t fit properly. Hard to see the very small dimensional differences, but it becomes clear when inserting the cable that this is the correct plug for 23 AWG CAT6 wire.

These worked well enough. Getting Cat6 cable in to the plug can be a bit tricky but after making several cables I had the process down for the most part. I think the ones with the insert probably would be better for Cat6 since the plastic piece in the middle of the cable can make terminating the ends a bit of a pain.

Does that job we need. would buy again.

I've gone though several containers of these connectors. They work extremely well and have not had any fail on me. The plastic container they come is very sturdy and the old ones have been repurposed to hold other small items that were collecting in my tool bags.

Great 1-piece Cat-6 end... They are super hard to find in bulk. Terminate nicely and seem to be solid!
