Effective
Very effective for cleaning sink and shower drains but just don't breathe in the dust of the contents after opening it with scissors, it will irritate airways given its contents. I place the first portion in the sinkhole, place a tiny amount of water on it just to eat it and start the chemical reaction and slowly add a dribble of water to allow it to circulate to the blogs and stay there. It's trial and error to get it right, but when you do, the effectiveness is beyond doubt. Excellent product! Alternatively, you could plug the out pipe with a cloth and dump it all in with some water which I believe is effective also.

Easy to use and effective
Needed to sachets but has cleared the waste so that rather than a slow emptying of the sink things are flowing normally. Much preferred to getting messy under the sink.
