They're deep enough to be useable for the miniature sceneries I have planned for mine. The metal's decently thick.

I bought these to put kinetic sand in them for my students. These tins seal tightly so the sand didn't dry out. It has a top "window" students are still using the sand and it's February.

I used both the 1oz & 2oz sizes for graduation favor bags for guests. I put personalized M&M 's in them & I wish I would have used all 1oz(smaller) size tins! These are a screw on tin cap with a clear window and looked awesome when I filled them & placed sticker on the underside of each tin. I guess it's a personal preference really. I made over 60 of these for gift bags & they were a huge hit! (The picture is just for reference because it's hard trying to figure out the size you need for the amount of candy you'll need as well. I did use "color themed" peanut m&m's as well in mine because both sizes actually hold a lot of m&m's plain due to their small size (keep that in mind especially for the 2oz size)And if helps I ordered (1) 2lb bag of personalized M+M plain candies (1) 2lb bag of color themed peanut M&M & then I needed to order another (1 2lb) of M&M plain because I was short to fill the tins I had on hand. So in total I filled 40 2oz tins & 20 1oz tins used 3 2lb bags of M&M's and had just a little bit left over as extra. I also filled the tins up because it looks skimpy (to me) if you don't. (Hope this helps someone)

Love these for my business! I make 2 inch round wax melts, and these are great to package them in! I love that you can see through the top because my wax melts have crystals and herbs and things on them and are really pretty so this lets the customer see them easily!

Used as m&m gift containers perfectly. Stayed closed and didn’t accidentally open.
