Brewing Instruction: First steeping: Rinse to remove "snow" if needed. 3-5 grams of fine tea leaves with 6 fl oz. water (170-190° F), and brew for 3-5 mins. Re-steeping: The leaves are good for 5 infusions. Add a little more time for each subsequent infusion. *It's best to use a transparent glass so that you can see the dance of the leaves as they unfurl and swirl around in the water.
