Great KC barbeque flavor. The first time I ordered, the brisket was tough - not surprising. I gave it another chance, and it's been perfect, smoky, with grerat barbeque lavor. It can be stretched out to serve more people, by making sandwishes, and it is a great entree.

Wanting to have brisket for the holidays turned out to be very costly. Would definitely recommend planning ahead of time and definitely do research.
