Great suction power, huge capacity, easy to use. I had accidentally dropped a cap off my shaving cream down the tub drain, not even the plumber could get it. Spontaneous idea to use this guy and got it out in 2 seconds flat! Used it to suck water out of a broken dishwasher and to clear my furnace closet of the blow in insulation that fell in. Just a great product all the way around!

We had a 16 gallon Ridgid that worked well, but this one is SO much better. After having the other one, this one was so much easier to put together. I feel like the creators of this one looked at Ridgid and thought "what could be better?", and then they implemented it!The 12 gallon is a great size, easy to use, it's light weight, and has very good suction. The design of it is so simple. No screwing anything in like I had to do with the Ridgid shop vac. This one, the wheels slide into place, the lid clips on, and all the pieces have a home on the shop vac. Very good quality and we have been very happy with this shop vac! Will definitely buy again.

Like this vacuum. Bought it for my home build, abused it, used it, recommend it. Good suction, easy clean. It's LOUD. It's bulky to use. Several attachments, 7-8' hose. Not easy to drag around because it's big n bulky, but it's not heavy. Served my purposes and has never failed to run after a year of use. Good price when i bought it.

Amazing product very powerful, high durability, suction and blowing is really amazing, easy to clean and to assemble, I highly recommend best product for the money.

I used this to clean up the attic after the roofing company left a sea of nails, razor blades and debris EVERYWHERE! They said it was not a part of the cleanup that they were contracted to do. Anyhow, this vacuum did very well. There were a couple of times where the hose got clogged but I was able to use the blower side to clear it and it start again.There three things that I didn't like. 1) The dust bag detached from the other side of the vacuum port connector. It seems like there should be an o-ring or something that was included to keep it from slipping off. It could also be operator error. This is my first time using a large wet/dry vac. 2) The foam wet filter tore when I tried to place it over the cartridge filter. 3) There are supposed to be four caster wheels; I only received three. I reached out to Vacmaster via their website but have not received a response.I did wear out a plastic piece on the hose detaching and reattaching it, but it doesn't seem to have compromised it.I only took a picture of the torn filter. Everything else about the vacuum looks exactly like the photos.

This vacuum really sucks! Beats anything I've used for pure suction power, better than the carwash's vacuums by far. Sucked up a fork like it wasn't even real. Hose is nice and fat, 2.5". Plenty of attachments.Unit is louder than expected, but with that much suction, I'm fine with that.I'm very satisfied.

I've been very happy with it so far.
