Good hob recommend very easy to install as long as u have a husband with basic electrical skills just like wiring a plug😂😂😂. Touch control are good once u work out which ones which. My only frustration is control at front on edge if u put anything on top or over controls they beep continuously obvs a safe guard but I keep forgetting not to put things on hob. Other than that works as expected. Good safety features on the whole.

Nice hob does whats its supposed to do ,easy controls for turning on/off power level up/down .Very easy to install ,i just took the small wire off the back and connected it to the old wire when power was turned off .Hob does turn on and off for abit when its starts up but once its starts cooking it'll do it very well and heats up very quickly compared to my old hot plate electric hob .

Unlike my 'induction' hob I was using previously, this even works with the non-magnetic 'steel'.Works very, seems to be good in heat control.needs a bit of carpentry type work to fully install. No real problems. Ensure your work area is big enough to fit it.Suggests a solo power socket for the item. So could need some skills with working on mains power.No real problems though. Switch of mains, use a light source, then is as simple as replacing a plug.

After 18 months and four days the larger element in the hob failed, the item was obviously out of warranty but well within the 'expected life' of an appliance of this type with the industry standard reported to be in excess of five years for the lower end of the product range and up to 20 years for a Miele ceramic hob. I contacted the seller through Amazon and pointed out that the reasonably expected life of this product would be around five years but was offered just £30 refund with no offer of replacement element or other support, I maintained my opinion that the item should be repaired or replaced but had the £30 refund imposed by means of a bank payment with no further correspondence. The item seems to be manufactured in China and unlike European manufacturers has no available spares online or through any of the usual spares outlets.

Pour le rapport qualité/ prix rien a redire.Je l utilise tous les jours, fonctionne très bien...petit plus, la plaque est livrée avec le petit grattoir qui va bien pour enlever les matières collées.

Malgré l'erreur 03 qui saffiche un peu facilement dès que quelque chose (liquide, objets divers) recouvre la plaque. Mais en tant que sécurité c'est un bon point malgré tout. L'appareil est solide et fiable jusqu'ici
