Victorinox SwissChamp Swiss Army Knife (53501)

The features on this knife make it thick, but not ridiculously so. From time to time, you will be using the Phillips screwdriver and the thickness of the handle will feel awkward. The tool quality is great all around, and everything works as it should. There's nothing that makes you think: "Boy, the sure did cheap out on xxx feature!"One word of warning: it's easy to cut oneself on the saw when one's hand is slippery with water or sweat. Make sure your hand doesn't slip up the handle on the push-stroke or that saw will TEAR YOU UP. The magnifier is not as strong as they were 20 years ago, but they're molded of one piece now and have a wider field of view. I prefer the old one. The file is very handy and nice and sharp. The scissors are sharp and tight, so they cut better than one would think possible. I could do without the pliers and fish scaler/hook disgorger. I only ever use it as an olive fork. The pliers is useful from time to time, but it is a mini-pliers. Consider it more of a heavy-duty tweezers and you'll be happy.Regarding the back tools:The hook SEEMS useless, but there are times when nothing else will do. I've used it for fishing a wire out from between the drywall and an electrical box once.I would like to see Victorinox start using harder blade steels. Something that holds its edge longer. If it snaps when some chucklehead uses it to pry with, that's their fault. There's really no reason for that, since this baby has two sizes of flat screwdrivers.

Very useful. I carry it with me everywhere. All its tools are extremely useful. It did not bring a case but I bought one separately and now hang it from my belt

Had to negate all the positive reviews because is a red knife but the picture is blue. Specifically needed a blue knife as a present for someone. False advertising. Fix your picture

Not a whole lot to say. It's the Real Deal Swiss Army Knife!In whatever size, I think Everyone should have 1 or 2. So handy and Reliable.

Bought this for my grandpa as his swiss army knofe is over 30 years old. He was due for a new one. This one has more on it and HE LOVES IT. hasn't put it down aince Christmas. Was a great buy. Came timely and as stated. Would purchase again!
