I've used this yeast to make a simple sandwich bread, baguettes, and naan so far. It worked beautifully every time. I was a little surprising at first because the yeast is little spheres and bigger than the little pellets of yeast for other brands I've used. But all you need to do is stir the yeast in the water and sugar to help it dissolve a bit. I got lovely activation foam each time and my doughs have actually doubled in size like every recipe says (but rarely happens with other yeasts). So far, no complaints! The packaging is nice and easy to use, though in general I prefer less packaging and less trash.

Excellent yeast! Used in an artisan bread recipe and what a difference it made. Came out delicious. The crust, the the raise and lots of beautiful cavities. Comes in conveniently sealed packaging so you will always have fresh measured yeast for you next masterpiece. Will definitely use again.

I got this to see if a fancy yeast would give me better bread than what I bought at the local market. It did. Very active yeast.

Obviously, your yeast is probably going to be better when packed with higher quality materials than in a jar that is continuously exposed to oxygen. But the amount of yeast per package is just too small. You will have to use 2-3 packs for a good pizza to react. I certainly can appreciate the higher packaging quality compared to Fleischer, which is low quality packs even though it's individual. I'll keep an eye on this brand for the future. Thanks for making something convenient like this, but it needs just a little bit better air tightened-ness. I will be extremely impressed to find a brand like this for pizza making while camping.It's just yeast but individually sealed... Too small quantities but ideal for outdoor cooking if that's your thing. Good concept but needs an even better shelf life in these small packages. Maybe a double sealed one could work.

This product is much better than other yeasts I've used in baking. It's very easy and convenient to use and works much better than dry yeasts that never leave my bread, cakes, whatever as fluffy as I want them. Love this product!

The packaging is beautiful. I really like the "sticks" which are easier to open and pour. This is a great option for buying a good amount of yeast (10 sticks) that can be easily stored. Works great!

I purchased this to bake bread for some friends and they turned out perfect! The yeast comes in premeasured packets which I definitely appreciate! The bread I made came out delicious, fluffy, airy and my friends loved it! I'll be purchasing again!!

I’ve had great bakes using this yeast. I like that each on is sealed in smaller quantities to ensure freshness since I am still an amateur baker and did not want to commit to a giant block of yeast.
