I read online that taking folic acid with irregular periods. Didn't help with the period but I did wnd up pregnant. So I assume it helped with that. Thumbs up! Then I needed to buy the mini prenatals.

hello I am still taking this because I am pregnant finally take it when you are not pregnant and also when you get pregnant take them.

Taking this to try and help with my chronic iron deficiency anemia. My Dr. suggested it so I am trying it. No problems with this and they are not a big capsule to take. They go down easy and I am very hopeful that they will help. Got them in this month (Feb.) and they have an 08/1019 expiration date. This is good for 250 capsules. Very pleased with them.
