Fresh Ramen 12 Oz. Pack of 2 (Soy-Sauce Flavor)

This is in reference to a previous reviewer stating that the noodles aren't what he has had in Japan. That's possible, but Sun Noodle is the manufacturer that David Chang uses at momofuku and what Ivan Orkin uses at Ivan Ramen. As being a couple of the best known chefs working with ramen in the States, it is a safe assumption that the noodles produced by Sun Noodle are quality noodles. In referencing Japan as the measure by which ramen chops can be measured, it should be noted that both of these chefs cut their teeth in Tokyo's ramen scene, a scene in which Ivan was well established. Also, shoyu ramen, what the reviewer refers to as "soy sauce soup" is one of the traditional four -- shio, tonkotsu, shoyu, miso -- broths, and has a base of either chicken or beef along with soy sauce.EDIT: Look for these at your local Asian market as they are usually cheaper and found in the frozen food section.

These ramen are so much better than what you buy at the grocery store. I love them. Just wish they were not so expensive I would buy a lot more!!

These noodles arrived on a hot summer day with one measly little cooling pack that was 75% melted. I only used the pack at the bottom that was still slightly cool. Thank goodness I didn't get sick like some of the others =/The noodles themselves were awesome it's just the shipping that makes me not want to repurchase!

The best ramen you can buy, tried other ramens from the grocery stores,marketplaces & even at local restaurants...nothing beats the taste of Sun Noodle Ramen, great taste & of good quality...worth the purchase.

Noodles smelled really bad after opening. Couldn't bring myself to eat them.
