This fills more the 2 quarts (container is 7.8 cups and some has already been used) of very fine powder. Keep it in a well sealed container because it will fly out and onto everything. I originally had it in mason jars but it was impossible to keep the rim clean enough to put the lid back on. Obviously the taste is amazing. It is a very strong chocolate, you cannot compare it to Hershey’s baking cocoa. Although both have their time and place, this is definitely in its own league. It will take me a while to get through it but I will eventually buy it again.

I will continue to use this product. It has great quality and a good price.

i loved using this cocoa powder and the taste it created for my chocolate cakes. unfortunately, this company won't restock after I've tried contacting them directly multiple times.

Excellent Quality, no variation in color, fine grind. When I rub it between my thumb and finger it feels smooth, a very high quality. Tastes delicious, too, not even a hint of that dusty flavor some low quality cocoas have.So far, I've made brownies, frosting, chocolate fudge sauce, and chocolate ice cream. This is an excellent cocoa.

Not very strong. Not like hersheys cocoa. Won’t purchase again. Very fine. Might be good for someone else’s needs but not mine.

First of all 5lbs is a lot of chocolate, I'm sure I will use it up quickly we are a big enough family and my boys love chocolate baked goods. this is a great value and I am sure not to run out like I do with the little 8 oz. containers. Good quality too, and isn't that the most important. It's maybe not the best of the best but you aren't paying those prices either. I'm sure I'll be reordering!

The media could not be loaded. This " It's delish" chocolate cocoa is rich in chocolate flavor and deep in cocoa taste. I love it, it also was loved by my family.
