This is so yummy, and even though it's pretty darn expensive, I will still pay for it because I haven't found anything else like it! The flavor is delicious and it's got a slightly thicker consistency. It just makes everything that I put it on very special! Highly recommended!

We buy several types of honey from Amazon every month. We have tried just about every kind made in every state &every country. This was not a favorite. It is extremely sweet and it has the texture & taste of frosting. I would not buy it again.

THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT THE 2PK 23 ONCE PRODUCT: THIS IS FIVE STAR HONEY. Let me start there.I have found NO FINER HONEY THAN WHITE GOLD RAW HONEY. I give this two pack a lower rating because I find a difference in these larger plastic jars of honey to the smaller glass jar..... Once I purchased the two different products I understood the discrepancy in the reviews... The smaller, 9 Ounce Glass Jar has a heavenly flavor (my first purchase). Did taste comparisons between the two: DIFFERENCES - smaller glass jar is: 1. creamer 2. whiter in color 3. not gritty - at all. 4. noticeable taste difference (though the larger pack is not bad, just less sweet and definable taste, which would be OK if you never experience the other flavor).CON with larger package:To save money I bought economy pack second time. Really disappointed with plastic containers. But OK honey is not heated, so no health threat with plastic container. However I found the bigger plastic jars to be slightly unstable in shipping meaning the seals were not tight one broken, and dents in jar. But really problem is the difference in taste. This 2pk 23 once product was more gritter and less sweet (bought lining up with complaints I read from some reviewer)....HOWEVER, having tried other honey, I am convinced this is the best. It has become the only sweetener I use in my tea (I drink daily). I have since learned that unheated processed raw white honey is the best for the body. I can tell this because not side effects for me like with too much sugar processed or raw.The nutrients in raw honey absorbed into the body as food - no sugar rush. Will never buy yellow honey ever again - a sure sign nutrients have been processed out. Like the difference between white sugar and raw.SO... because I am a woman on a budget - yes! I will purchase the 2 pk plastic jars again.... But plan to write the company about the shift in flavor between plastic and glass jars, to see if they can produce a larger glass jar - which may have something to do with the difference in taste. I used to love this honey. It was sweet,very light in colorcreamy and I could just sit there sometimes and eat it with the spoon.However I ordered it this summer it was very dark yellow,, not smooth and creamy and I was worried it had been tampered with and so threw them both out. I wasn't gonna order anymore but I decided to try it one more time again and received 2 more jars in January. Again I was very disappointed. The honey seemed to be in 2 separate layers with a lighter layer at the bottom and a lqrge, darker layer on the top. It did not taste same. So I don't know if it's now being produced by another company or if they change their recipe for some reasons but I won't be buying anymore.
