So pretty and concise
This is perfect for keeping a focus both morning and night, I really enjoy using it, the paper quality is fantastic, the feel of the book feels really good and it’s so pretty. Will order again when I have completed this one.

More like a hardcover!
Very impressed, great quality. You fill it in every morning and every evening before bed, its such a simple format but it really is great for drawing mindfulness into your daily regime! It says paperback, but the cover is like a sturdy thick card that is backed with really nice paper. I'm a fan!
