My garage has only one outlet which is a huge inconvenience. That's why I decided to get this plug. There are a lot of features than even surprised me.1. It has two indicator lights which can tell if it's grounded and if it's on. I had a freezer in the garage. There were a couple of times the outlet got tripped but I didn't know until a few days later. You could imagine the disaster. Now the indicator can tell me if it's on all the time.2. One of the outlets can adjust the angle which is easier for me to connect the outdoor power tools.With a little bit over 10 bucks, I tripled the number of outlets in my garages with extra benefits.

This thing is great. You know you are getting old when you rave about a Surge Protector...BUT here I am, raving about it. Seriously, makes me feel SO good knowing that our living room is hooked up to these. I need 10 I swear. We are moving and my intention is to have these in 3 of our main rooms with important electrical. It holds 6 plug ins, plus 2 USB ports which is amazing for behind the TV. The sides move and turn so they are easily accessible. Definitely a peace of mind to have in your home, and an amazing price for what you're purchasing.

We live in a very, rural setting and experience numerous power failures and restarts. All very surprising news to previous ‘city dwellers from away’. It isn’t the power failure that destroys one’s appliances and devices, it is the power surge at the restart or after the reconnect. After hearing numerous stories of our neighbours’ financial losses caused by power surges over the years, we have chosen the economical approach of purchasing and utilizing wall outlet protectors. They are far less unsightly than ‘power cords’, far safer than power cords and we have not encountered any situation around our home, garage and workshop where they do not offer a better ‘uncluttered’ solution. This most recent purchase was for a guest room that has increasingly seen use of outlets for laptops, phones and devices. Not only does our Kasonic provide flexibility in plug-in solutions as outlets, it also offers protection via the two USB charging ports. We even use these to protect our washer, fridge, microwave, air fryer and all the power tools and equipment in our wood working shop. So, if power failures are an issue where you live, these devices offer a great, affordable solution, even if you have a backup generator.

I like this compact surge protector a lot. I especially love that the bars can be swivel to the side or front, really great feature and one of the main reasons I love it.My only qualm is when I’m removing a plug the unit tends to shift out of the wall socket and so I have to push it back in. This is because it uses only the bottom outlet of the wall for power there is one plastic prong that’s supposed to fit into the top of the outlet to hold it in place.That top prong needs to be engineered better so that the unit holds better into the socket. It’s annoying that the unit moves so much out of the socket when pulling a plug out (less movement with a sturdier hold would give this a 5 star)Regardless I would still buy this item again and highly recommend it for people that hate chorded surge protectors and love compact designs.

Got this for my computer desk to plug in on my outlets as I have two computers one from the other side of the room.Also I use the USB for charging my phone and hey PC fan relayWorks pretty good besides a little blue light that is extremely bright during the night.But with a little bit of tape covering it everything is perfectly fine. 😀👍

I've been using this for about 1 month and it is very good. In the past I have bought these from other manufacturers and without exception the USB power has died after 6 months to 1 year. I'll keep you posted on this unit's longevity...
