My Opinion: Night Shred is Okay, but Alpha Grind PM is Better
I recently tried Night Shred, a nighttime burner and sleep aid supplement. It's an interesting product with ingredients like Ashwagandha, 5-HTP, CLA, and Melatonin. However, after using it for a while, I found that I still prefer Alpha Grind PM. While Night Shred focuses more on the fat-burning aspect during sleep, Alpha Grind PM aligns more closely with my overall health goals, including male performance support, muscle recovery, and sleep improvement without using melatonin. It's about finding what works best for your individual needs, and for me, that's Alpha Grind PM. I’ve been taking Night Shred for a few weeks and I’m really impressed! It helps me wind down at night, fall asleep faster, and I wake up without feeling groggy. Longer REM Cycles and Assisted in Overcoming weight loss plateau
I saw this product after starting Keto and exercise for over 2 weeks. My weight loss plateaued while maintaining still 25% body fat, according to my digital scale. I'm not fancy enough for calipers. During this time, I already dropped the initial water weight that comes with starting Keto. I'm in my mid 30's and my metabolism doesn't change as well as those in their 20's, so I'm not surprised that my weight loss hit a brick wall. I follow my macro's pretty well and always operate at a calorie deficit. I also use a Fitbit versa 2 tracker which I know is not 100% accurate, but the variance between before and after is considerable. The first night after taking Inno Supps Night Shred, I did not fall asleep as fast as I'd like. I definitely felt calmer, but I have a history of not being able to fall asleep quickly. It takes me 60-90 minutes on average. This did not change and melatonin doesn't appear to help. This is a personal issue. My wife is taking it too and it appeared she fell asleep as soon as she hit the pillow. Normally, her snoring starts 8 minutes after. Most people on a weight loss journey check their weight weekly and not daily. I do it daily, but I also stay very hydrated, so my weight might not reflect correctly because of liquids. Despite this, I had broke through the plateau! This is probably between water, diet, and exercise with the help of the Night Shreds as that's the only variable I changed. I had dropped .5lb the first night. After the first night, I woke up not feeling tired (this is new!) I'm usually up at 6:45, but 6am has been easier than ever. The 2nd and 3rd night all consistent weight loss little by little and my scale says that my body fat % is decreasing and water/muscle is going up little by little. I am down >1lbs from my plateau since starting the regime which is a safe amount of weight to lose. My wife is not doing keto, but she is still losing little by little as well, but less. I believe she is more satisfied with the sleep quality she is getting. Happy wife, happy life. Nothing makes her more happy than a good nights rest. On my Fitbit, the sleep tracker used to consistently show me getting about 90 minutes of REM which a few 120 minute REM nights in the past and a <80 sleep score. Since taking Night Shreds, my sleep score has been consistently >80 and as high as 91 with me consistently hitting 120 minutes REM. The dreams as people say are very vivid as well. A good nights sleep is one of the top ways to decrease body fat, which increases your human growth hormone (HGH) , which results in a leaner body. Bottom line is that if you're on Keto, this product seems to help a lot better than if you weren't. I don't do cheat days since entering/leaving ketosis can give you the undesirable keto flu.

Looked good from reviews, sleep pattern never really changed much (Have fitbit) averaged 15 minutes longer in the month I tried it. Didnt lose no weight was excercising as normal.
