The initial quality looked good. This holder was purchased as a gift so I can not attest to fit or durability. If there are any comments from the recipient of this gift, I will update review.

Sadly I bought 2, when I opened one, the clip broke off right away. The second one broke after putting the case on the iPod. Sad because I would buy from this seller. There is no point to send the two cases back, I will gladly send pictures, I would like 2 replacements. If not, a full refund. Thank you

I had one of these for a couple of years, and it finally broke. Since then I've ordered 3 or 4 more and they all break on the back clip within a day or 2? Quality is not good. I had one come in and was broke in the package when I opened it. It's a great product just be gentle with it???

I use a nano to listen to podcasts and audiobooks rather than loading that stuff on my iphone. I need the belt clip so I can walk around (kitchen, gym, backyard, etc) doing things as I listen. But these things have a limited shelf life - as careful as I am, eventually that darn clip will snap and cannot be repaired. So, I have a buy a new one from time to time. Have had this type before and it held out for a long time.

Seems like a great design . . . until you bump or catch it on ANYTHING and the clip attachment point breaks. Plastic is soft and crappy quality and too thin in this high stress area. I wish there was another option that worked even decently for clipping this model iPod to anything. I've purchased 4 and broken 3 now. The price seems good until it dies in 2 weeks like the last one I just killed. Should be 6 for $20. That might be fair? And I'd probably get $40 worth so I had nothing to worry about for a year or 2.
