You're right! It does say free shipping on orders over $49.00. I just bought the smaller one & I got free shipping.

Yes. Tarte brand is cruelty free and vegan friendly.

Q: Is this product genuine?

Nope. product was not a genuine Tarte product. Packaging didn't even look comparable, the pigments didn't even match an actual Tartelette in Bloom pallet, and the pallet didn't even smell like an actual pallet, it smelled metallic.

Q: Where is this palette made? US or China?

They sent me a fake, I ask for compensation !!!
